Pros and cons of Txt2Book - Create epub book from text and read in iBooks or Stanza app for iPhone and iPad

Txt2Book - Create epub book from text and read in iBooks or Stanza app good for

I am using this app to convert large amounts of text to ebook format so I can read it as a manuscript on ibooks. it does as it promises! I am wondering if you would consider adding markdown support on a future revision? Also a better instruction manual would help new users figure out the app. So far this is the best app that Ive found for this particular job, the other ebook creator apps are too kiddy for my needs.
I needed an app to help convert a text file book to ePub format. This worked great for a multi-chapter book with an image book cover. I exported it to Google Play Books and iBooks successfully. It also allows you to easily use the header styles (H1, H2, etc.) to style the book. I didnt try to add inline images, so I dont know if that is a capability. That said, for most purposes, this works great. It did crash once when I was uploading the cover image, but once I restarted it, it hasnt crashed again. I was able to successfully complete the book.

Some bad moments

I recently purchase this App and was very happy with it, however, after a few weeks it became useless. After generating book and wanting to view it, the option box to which App you would like to view the book, is blank. There is no available options anymore. Ive removed and re-installed, but the same thing. Sure hope there is going to be an update to fix this. Until then, very disappointed.
This is an awesome app. I can take any text file and easily convert it to an iBook compatible ePub eBook. If Im reading a long webpage and I want to save it for later, I can quickly make an eBook and finish it later. Very easy to configure chapters and format font (italics, bold, etc). The conversion is super fast too. I can email the eBook right from the app too. Dropbox support is icing on the cake. The developer is very accessible and very helpful. Adding images is coming soon. That will be great. I really recommend this App wholeheartedly. I wouldnt write it for a buck! Would you?
Im sorry, but this is most assuredly not what the one reviewer so far (Or is that the developer?) calls an "awesome app."It is quite odd, and apparently not well thought out. For example, if Im allowed to edit a new, blank book, why cant I just paste in text and convert and save it without having to go through all the trouble of creating and converting a file? Not impressed so far.
Easy to use, little to no hassle, no bugs. Quick and efficient. One of my favorite apps and definitely the best spent couple of bucks to date.
Poorly executed app made in Japan. This is pure garbage once you realize what kind of time youve wasted. The app allows one to begin adding a chapter and text content. You can then view in iBooks, which is wonderful. Return to the app and continue your work moving on to Chapter 2, and complete your writing. Return to preview in iBooks and you see none of your editing of Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 doesnt exist. Return back to the dashboard and view the page you just edited, with no good clean preview that will include edits. The app saves your work to go back and work on, but editing is not saved. You can only now view your work on the page in which youre typing on. You can do that in a blank email. Also, it gives you the option to move around chapters to reorder. Dragging is a mess and "switches" position of wherever you drag to, with the title of wherever you dragged FROM. Youre not rearranging, youre trading positions. The app is Japanese designed, and the developer has poor English in giving directions. Very unprofessional and I will be requesting my money back. They should be ashamed of themselves releasing this junk. If I dont get my money back, then they just won a review from an expert reviewer, for the mere cost of a couple of dollars of my money. So there you go. I paid you, and you get a one star review, and I hope this kills your ability to sell any more of your garbage to unsuspecting authors. SHAME ON YOU.
